By accessing or using Rikuhana ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Digital Identity
You represent that all information provided for your digital identity is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Rikuhana performs verification checks but does not guarantee the accuracy of self-reported information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including: providing false information, impersonating others, attempting unauthorized access, or using the Platform for illegal purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
The Rikuhana platform, brand, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your profile data and content.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rikuhana is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Platform, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
